Element is a destination for conversation, laughter, and coming together. Suited for intimate gatherings, the space has a capacity up to 99, perfect for accommodating celebrations, showers, business gatherings, rehearsal dinners, receptions, micro-weddings and more.

No Requirements For Food Or Catering

For your flexibility, you are welcome to cater with any catering company, or you may bring in your own food. We have a list of preferred vendors if you would like recommendations.

Liquor Policy (Beer & Wine Permitted)

You may serve beer and wine to guests 21+ so long as it is not sold on the premises.

Rental Time Frame & Minimums

Element is available for rent 7 days a week between the hours of 7am-11pm.

Space Capacity

Element is a 2,000 sqft space and accommodates up to 99 people standing or 50 people seated. Tables and chairs are included in your rental for hosting seated occasions. Other intimate seating areas around the space can be used to accommodate up to 20 extra seats.
