What is your space capacity?

The space has a capacity of up to 99 standing, 50 seated. Other intimate seating areas around the space can be used to accommodate up to 20 extra seats. According to fire code regulations, the maximum occupancy limit for our building is 99 people.
How can I see if the date I would like to book is available?

After choosing your package level on the Bookings page, a calendar will appear with available dates and times. Your date and time will only be reserved once you fully check out!
What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel your booking at least 60 days prior to your event to receive a full refund. If you cancel closer to your event date, you will not be entitled to a refund. Refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please allow up to 20 business days for the refund to reflect on your credit card statement.
How does the renter of the space gain access to the venue, and what is the procedure for departure?

Upon arrival, one of our team members meets with the renter/booker either before or at the start of their event to provide them with a key. When the event concludes, the renter drops the key into a secure lockbox provided by Element.
Can I come in before my booking time to decorate or set up?

No, the time slot you book is the allocated time you have for your event.
Are you an event planner?

We are just an event space, not an event planner. Looking for one? Check out our preferred vendors!
Do you allow food and drinks to be brought in from anywhere?

Do you have a disco ball on the ceiling?

Not yet, but hopefully in the near future!
Do you have a microwave?

Sorry! No microwave at the moment. There is a kitchenette and a fridge in the back though.
